Administration of standardized assessments; functional assessments; development and implementation of individualized behaviors intervention plans; supervision of RBTS; training parents and caregivers and support staff; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve maladaptive behaviors and quality of life for individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities.

• Promote and maximize independence within the home and community setting, following habilitation plans and skill building supports

• Provide personal care, assistance with all ADLs, and independent living skills with individuals with intellectual disability

• Provided behavior analytical therapy services to individual with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst while pursuing BCBA certification

• Behavior consulting under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

• Table games supervisor (craps, roulette, poker, blackjack, and carnival games)
