Work here since March of 2025 It was formally Providence extended care but it was sold. My job duties include taking care of residence, assisting them with their ADLs.

• Assisted patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Checked patient vitals such as temperature, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.
• Promoted good oral and personal hygiene by aiding patients with shaving, bathing, and teeth brushing.

Assisting residence with ADLs and medication as needed

• Documented resident records on daily flow sheets.
