Some metric based impacts i've made in my career within the last year.In my current role, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills, successfully spearheading re-standardization effort that improved team performance and reduced operational costs by $30,906. My commitment to developing talent is reflected in my mentorship of associates, resulting in the promotion of six team members across various levels. I excel in resource management, consistently maintaining an average of 306.45% to plan in ADMIN/HR/IT hours. My results-oriented approach is showcased by a 177.8% increase in ROME compliance for the site. I revamped and rolled out my site’s TLI cadence. This cadence has helped move the needle in overall site productive time from high 60's to consistently low 70s in the first few weeks. In addition to owning TLI, I have trialed and introduced a new safety action for the site, Safety Blitzes. My shift saw favorability in the action based on drastic improvements in recordable injuries, earning buy-in from Senior leadership, it was adopted for the entire site.
