  • Key projects: conversion from the CIMS/AS400 payroll system to the Visions payroll system, transitioning the District from the TSSI Automated Substitute System to the AESOP Substitute System, transitioning from the Winocular Applicant Tracking System to the Applitrack Applicant Tracking system, and converting District employee personnel files to the Ricoh electronic management records system
  • Led the transition of the District's Substitute Teacher Program to an outside vendor and later transitioned the program back in house
  • Served as one of the District's lead personnel in the state's conversion to the New Mexico 3-tier licensure system and HOUSSE evaluation system for Teachers
  • Successfully led the District to 100% compliance with the federal No Child Left Behind requirements and continued to maintain this level of compliance during my tenure
  • Created and managed the District's internal process for Dossier submissions for ancillary staff (e.g., nurses, counselors, diagnosticians) and worked with other district administrators in managing grant money/requirements including but not limited to 21st Century grant, Gear Up grant, and private donations
  • At the request of the Superintendent, I served on numerous committees including Mentorship, Panasonic Foundation, Crisis Response, Collective Bargaining, Substitute Teacher Advisory Committee, etc
  • Served as an HR mentor for other districts looking to improve/develop HR programs and their compliance with school related law/reports
