Summary

Obtain a leadership position with growth opportunities in a mission/vision/value driven organization focused on community and team members. I am an honest, and dependable hard worker that strives to do my best each and every day with a positive can do attitude. I personally believe that most work challenges can be alleviated by dedication, team work, keeping an open mind, and having a positive attitude. Over 20 plus years of on the job growth and learning has allowed me to earn the respect and trust of co-workers, team members, and superiors. Because of this I have been entrusted with leading major projects and initiatives over the last several years, including projects outside my area of expertise.

I am currently on a Culture improvement team and took the Strengths Finder assessment. My top 5 strengths are: Communication, Arranger, Responsibility, Developer, and Woo (winning other’s over). Upon self reflection regarding the assessment results I’ve come to the realize that the ‘arranger’ part of my strengths/character is what keeps steering me toward leadership and project management. I truly enjoy all of the aspects of being a leader within an organization and would love the opportunity to further grow and develop my personal leadership skills.
