Preface

I would like to first state my career in nursing started in the year 2000 at Butler Memorial Hospital as a floor nurse on 5 Main, Medical-Surgical unit.  I was there for 2 years before changing to Medi Home Health.  After 2 years, of Medi Home Health, I started working at Albert Gallatin Home Health and Hospice where I worked both fields daily.  Within a year or so, Albert Gallatin was purchased by Amedisys Home Health where I remained for the next 16 - 17 years.  I truly loved this field of work and excelled in it; however, as I got older, the traveling and evening documentation did become difficult and I made the decision to leave.

This brings me to my current job of practice nurse in cardiology.  I do find it fulfilling in many ways, mainly due to patient communication and my ability to assist them in any way that I can.

My passion has always been for the patients and their families, helping them in any capacity that I can.  There is nothing more fulfilling to me than to know that I made a positive impact in their lives.

I hope to continue doing this as long as I am able and I feel that I can be a very positive asset to your company.

Due to my current employment, I have developed a love for Cardiology and would love to be employed in that field if possible.  I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Angela Eury, RN
