Leadership is about connecting others and allowing space for each person to serve and lead with their gifts and talents. At Trinity we strive to create a church that welcomes all and creates a place to belong. Many families have attended Trinity and spoke of previous church hurt. We invite them to come alongside and create the church they want to belong to. We continually seek to reach into our neighborhood and community to build connection and relationships. We are excited to say we have significantly enhanced community engagement and volunteer participation through innovative ministry development.

While we all experienced challenges in 2024, we are moving into 2025 filled with hope. The best part about my position at Trinity is that I get to see God at work each day. One ministry that comes to mind is Trinity's Neighborhood Ministry which includes our Intern Program. It has been such a privilege to work alongside our Trinity Interns (high school and college age students). They are smart, creative and compassionate. They know Jesus and they are making such a difference at Trinity and the community. It is a joy to watch them plan and lead! It is important that we continue to actively seek to create a diverse church that continues to connect us in relationship with one another and most importantly Jesus Christ. I look forward to engaging in life changing ministry with each of you!
