Essential Duties:
3 Point Contact within 24 hours of receipt of claim - ER/ EE/ Physician
Identify Subrogation when applicable
File I.S.O. - Refer to S.I.U. when fraud is suspected
Calculate and pay indemnity benefits when due
Monitor U/R, RFAs - Evaluate for N.C.M. if necessary
Ensure claim files are properly coded per Statutory Regulations
Manage case reserves and adjust accordingly
Impliment Return-To- Work
Coordinate vendors referrals for cost containment
Litigation Management
Maintain professional and Client Relationships
Negotiate liens within designated authority
Develop Plan of Action to Claim Resolution
Completed other assigned tasks as delegated by Claims Manager
