Since joining Amazon in December 2023, I have quickly advanced from seasonal associate to full time employee, becoming a member of the Quality Engagement Team and later earning the role of Learning Ambassador. I have trained and supported new hires, assisted associates with process understanding, and helped maintain productivity,safety,and quality standards. I was also selected to participate in an Away Team assignment to support the launch of a third-party site, which strengthened my adaptability and leadership experience.
