I have 15 + years in the field of education as well as dance. While I do not have a BFA in dance, I have studied dance from multiple schools and colleges (including Parkside). I have studied with Ruth Page in Chicago and studied with several members of the Milwaukee Ballet. My degree is from Parkside in the humanities. I have extensive knowledge in technique (several genres), history and philosophy of dance. I am well known in the community as a successful dance teacher as well as a director of dance theater productions. Over the past 10 years I have raised $75,000. for the schools through dance programs. I am a very energetic and motivated person who is very passionate abut the arts. I am very confident that I could be successful in this position.
