I have worked in Emergency departments for more than 20 years. I am looking into opportunities to start my own business in healthcare. I am also interested in hospice and palliative care. I see a shift to more in home care of patients. There is a greater need for skilled care in multiple fields to be provided in home or facilities. I notice that there is in home care available thru many different individuals coming to see a patient. I seek to increase my skills to provided multiple services at the same time to minimize interruptions of care. creating a service that can provide multiple services at the same time, I feel will lead to greater patient satisfaction and a decrease in the cost of care.
