Summary

I am committed to the medical needs, comfort, and emotional well being of patients under my care. I take my role as a patient advocate very seriously and have a strong desire to deliver the highest quality care. I have strong communication skills that have enabled the development of a good rapport with patients, their families, and fellow caregivers. My experience floating between multiple units has helped me become flexible in stressful situations, increased my knowledge and diversified my skills in a wide variety of specialties. I am a positive role model and resource to my fellow nurses by providing education and support. My engagement in shared governance has allowed me to use my voice and experience to facilitate positive change within my department, hospital and system.
