Piloting a Trauma-Informed Curriculum for Sexual Assault Care in Medical Education

  • A longitudinal study focused on implementing education and training on trauma informed care into the MCG curriculum
  • Collaborated with sexual assault nurse examiner and pediatric EM physician to create a 4 part case in the format of Case-based and Patient-centered learning
  • Involved in drafting the case, formulating a facilitator's guide, defining learning objectives, constructing pre and post surveys, and analyzing the responses

Endocrine Online Module

  • Developed an two interactive online learning module encompassing male and female reproductive endocrinology in conjunction with a student medical illustrator for the MCG curriculum
  • Collaborated with pathologists and gynecologists to outline topics, gathering relevant resources, scripting the content, and crafting NBME-style questions for inclusion
