Summary

I’ve spent all of my career in higher education, and I genuinely love the work. I’m drawn to building systems that make things clearer and more effective—for faculty, for students, and for institutions. I enjoy tackling complex projects and asking thoughtful questions that get to the root of a problem.

I’m also a bit of a technical geek. I genuinely enjoy learning new systems, digging into LMS functionality, organizing policy structures, and thinking through how technology and process design can make people’s lives easier. I’ve led platform migrations, built onboarding modules, and spent more hours than I can count inside course shells—and I actually like that kind of detail work.

I’m not afraid of a challenge—sometimes that means leading a major institutional initiative, and sometimes it means hiking 20 miles just to see if I can.
