  • Assigned to a special project for Medsolutions Cigna and to find the best way to critique authorization processes for Medsolutions Cigna insurance patients when submitting authorizations through eForce. Assigned the Colorado authorization department Point of Contact during this time.
  • Responsibilities include verifying patient demographics, insurance information, making sure patients insurance benefits are active to obtain authorization, and verify orders and clinicals from the referring provider’s office with correct CPT and ICD-10 diagnosis codes for ordered exam.
