* Provide instruction and support for students social and emotional development through teaching Second Step, instructed in trauma-informed and trauma-responsive strategies, which are implemented in classroom to create a trauma-sensitive classroom culture. SAEBERS (Social, Academic, Emotional, and Behavior Risk Screener) to help identify students in need of assistance.

* Home-visits to establish relationships with parents and families and to provide additional support outside of the classroom.

* Collaboration with Community Business Partner to help students achieve classroom content and language objectives and support our school's improvement plan.
