While working at US Xpress the last 3 years, I feel I have efficiently thrived in my role as Account Representative. I am responsible for helping my teammates when they need a hand, and working their desks when they are out of office, as well as my usual daily duties of scheduling appointments, and working reports to help our team thrive. Apart from scheduling appointments, contacting drivers, and lending a hand to other teams when needed, there are so many wonderful skills I have learned while working here. Building relationships with our customers, and taking on assignments to help my team thrive has been the most satisfying part of my job.

• While working at Olive Garden I up-sold menu items, beverages and desserts to increase restaurant profits while taking necessary steps to meet customer needs and effectively resolve food or service issues

• 6 Days a week I correctly processed payments and made accurate change.

• While working at Posh Parties I helped design and plan weddings, birthday parties, and celebrations
• Each day I would answer calls and plan the parties in our computer system
• Making sure each party was correctly and timely planned was our goal.
