As for my responsibilities in this role, I am in charge of both housekeeping and serving duties. For housekeeping, I am responsible for keeping the residents' apartments clean by tidying up on a weekly basis. This includes tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, vacuuming, and dusting. Additionally, I am also in charge of maintaining the community bathroom and keeping common areas on the second floor clean. In terms of serving, I am responsible for serving residents their breakfast and dinner meals. This includes setting up salad carts and desserts, and afterwards, cleaning up the dining room and setting up dishes for the next meal service.

In this role, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries and purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. I also assisted customers with completing their purchases, locating items, and joining reward programs. Additionally, I handled returns and exchanges in a professional manner, resolving any customer issues while following company policies. I was also trained and worked in various areas of the store, including the stock room, fitting room, cash register, and organizing clothes racks.

In this role, my main responsibilities included disinfecting and mopping bathrooms, ensuring that facilities were kept sanitary and clean. I also regularly cleaned and stocked guest rooms by replacing used towels and linens, vacuuming floors, making beds, and restocking bathroom items. As part of a team, I collaborated with other housekeeping staff to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our guests had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My responsibilities in this role included assisting with shipments and organizing large containers that arrived at the store. I also unpacked and assembled furniture, and sorted and stocked items such as apparel, personal hygiene products, toys, and more. In addition, I was trained to operate the register, manage the fitting room, and provide front security as an SPS. I also helped to move carts and furniture to and from the stock room as needed.
