Pipe fitting; aluminum, stainless, GRP. ¼-2 inch. can bend 1/4- 3/8 inch. Swage fittings, gamma fittings, bulkhead fittings. Temp, level, pressure transducer installation. Lube oil, Hydraulic, Water Wash, Overflow, Relief Valve Systems installation. Proseal experienced. Tube fitting, cutting, cleaning, gauging, fittings, installation, bracket and clamp installation. Installing pumps, check valves, flow regulators, strainers, overflow sensors.

Fabrication; tabbing, labeling, cleaning, sorting, packing sheet metal parts. Able to use a plasma cutter on thick aluminum and steel. Detailing parts with hand and table tools: 2–6-inch grinder, gouger, sander. Jig saw, reciprocating saw, Sawzall, skill saw, band saw, can also change blade. Belt and rotating sanders. Air drill, angle drill, drill press, hole saw. Able to fabricate parts and tools in the field from scrap when needed.

Teamwork; Receive and check in deliveries from warehouse. Sorting into work area for the team. Help teammates with prints, location of parts, job numbers, finding jobs, finding other support if I cannot help, supplies. Experience working with ME’s and warehouse personnel, ordering parts, getting wrong parts wrote up and remade.
