Accomplishments

I am a very dedicated and goal-oriented person. In my last job at JJM, we found the company with a staff turnover rate of over 5%. Employees didn't identify with the company or their supervisors. When we started, productivity was very low, but by taking action at the plant, we were able to reduce turnover to less than 1%. The company began to improve productivity to the point where the owners expressed their gratitude for the work done, and we were able to start generating profits every year. We reduced the number of returns to the 0% stage, and we achieved growth in three years that was greater than the previous five.
