My job as an assistant at the Riu Hotel involved room service from 5 PM to 6:30 PM. After that, I opened the restaurant and was in charge of escorting guests to their tables and providing them with the drink menu. After that, the waiter would take the order and I would collect it. During the service, I collected dishes, kept the tables clean, and took all the dirty dishes to the dishwashing area. I was responsible for polishing them, and at the end of the service, I made sure to leave the restaurant dishes clean and organized for the next service.
