
I have worked as a customer service representative for 5 years, I have worked remotely and on-site. In my previous job I provided customer service by phone, chatting and email using different tools and apps. I have handled different industries like airline, Line of Credit, taking and tracking orders. I have skills in customer services, service sales, leadership, and delivery of reports. I’m able to use Microsoft and different technological apps as accompany require. In addition, I’m bilingual in Spanish/English, I can easily adapt to work in a team or as individual.
