Making sure that my team members have the updated inventory check lists of all merchandise. Handling all damaged, stocking, ordering and delivery of the company's merchandise such as T-shirts, hats, and pint glasses. Handling all customer complaints, refunds, and returns.
Maintaining clean and comfortable surroundings in buildings by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and complete floor maintenance such as, buffing and stripping. Additionally, due to COVID-19, we are responsible for extra cleaning duties such as sanitizing door handles, light switches, seats, and elevator buttons. Responsible for opening and closing of buildings. Making sure each employee's time card is in weekly to properly keep track of payroll.
Guiding passengers to and from trains. Announcing any delays that will hinder passengers from an on time departure. Giving refunds to certain customers if there was a discrepancy with a fare or ticket. Responsible for ticket agents. Performing audits on their ticket inventory to make sure the count is accurate and up to date weekly. Daily counting of the manager's safe to make sure all monies are accounted for and that change is available for ticket agents if needed.

Honoring people who are survivors of, currently going through, and families of loved ones that have transitioned due to Breast Cancer.
Select and Coordinate the vendors for the event. Such as licensed caterers, DJs, photographers, and staff.
Making sure an accurate budget is set to perform all responsibilities.
The objectives for the event are to make sure that women and men can share their personal experiences with others, to know that they are not alone with their journey, and to ensure that we spread information about Breast Cancer and how it is important to get an annual check up.
Annual Christmas Toy Drive. Chicago, Illinois. December 2014-Current.
Donation of toys and books to Children's hospitals. (Advocate Christ and La Rabida's Children's Hospital).
Select a theme for each year. (e.g. GingerBread Houses, The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, Winter Wonderland).
Making sure the toy drop off dates are secure with the hospitals.
Select and coordinate with the vendors of the event.
The objective for the event is to comfort the children and families who aren't able to spend Christmas at home with their loved ones.
