• Load planning: Planning loads to meet standard departure times
• Load flow control: Controlling the flow of loads
• Trailer utilization: Ensuring trailers are used properly

• Safety: Participating in safety initiatives and reporting safety violations to the Area Manager.

  (HRRs, Guided Coaching’s, FOO Audits, and Frequent Flyers.)
  • Actively coaches AAs on safety and takes quick action when the environment is
  not conducive to safe work.

• Used hand-held devices and computers to record and monitor inventory levels and completed audits to uncover and address inaccuracies

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational requirement, smoothly transitioning between tasks to sustain productivity and address shifting demands.
• Cleaned and maintained warehouse in compliance with OSHA safety standards
• Experience as a learning ambassador for Outbound Dock process paths
• experience as a PIT driver, TDR and Tranship Robot operating.
