Worked at one post for 22 years located at 5200 Metcalf in Overland Park, Ks.. The company name at that time was ERC (Employers Reinsurance Company). Employed by Orion Security Inc. who I worked for from 1996 to 1997.
The Company name changed several times and I was under the grandfather clause which allowed to stay at that post. The new companies names were: GE, GE Insurance Solutions and Swiss Re. During this time the Security Companies contracts were also changed.
During the transitions the following is a list of the other contracted security companies I worked for at that the Overland Park post: Barton Protective Services contract was from 1997 to 2003. Wackenhut's Security Inc. contract was from 2003-2007. Securitas Security Services contract was from 2007-2018.
The Swiss Re insurance company decided to move to Missouri. I decided to stay working in Kansas. Due to some health issues I decided to leave Securitas employment on 10-11-2019. (Awards: Supervisor of the Quarter-1st Quarter 2007).
Due to Covid-19 epidemic, did not desire to work during the last 2 years. Instead became a Caregiver for roommate.

Hobbies include going to garage sales, spending time with my rescue dog, Faith.
I feel that going to garage sales is a good outlet. At garage sales you meet a variety of people who are usually in a good mood and happy to just talk and enjoy each others company. If you find a score it is to me considered to be a Win Win situation. I got what I wanted and the sales person gets what they wanted, Cash!! :) / I had been looking for a dog for a long time. Faith was a rescue dog that needed a home. I went through all the requirements and was so glad when I was able to make her my own. When I come home Faith is there to greet me with unconditional love and makes me feel warm and happy.
