I have been a server for most of my working career, I enjoyed the personal one on one interaction with my customers to make sure they are taken care of and get the best service. Having so much experience in customer service I had applied for USAA for an auto claims adjuster position, I believe my background in customer service and experience with handling tough situations made this roll perfect for me. I am able to find solutions to difficult situations as well as de escalate any problems while following standards and correct guidelines in my role. I work well with others to ensure the job is being handled correctly and promptly well also learning new skills and teaching those new skills to others. I am always trying to exceed my skill set to improve my work skills by challenging myself with opportunities no one else may take.
I had to sell car wash packages while actively interacting with the members and guest.
I Had to be trained on the register while handling cash and credit card transactions.
I was in charge of watching the tunnel while cars were going through the wash to ensure no accidents or injuries happened while operating.
I had to clean the lot and the car wash specifically to Tommy’s express guidelines.
I was in charge of making drinks as well as serving according to TABC guidelines and Fat Tuesday standards
I was in charge of keeping track of payments and making sure all the inventory was accounted for throughout my shift and the week.
I had to train new employees to make the mixes for the base of our drinks as well as how to take orders and handle the registers.
I took inventory of the store weekly and made inventory orders.
I cleaned and made sure the store was presentable as well as food safe.
