Summary
From my experience as an EAL Teacher and Special Needs Assistant, I have gained a great deal of positive experience of working with children with a range of abilities to achieve positive outcomes in the academic, social and physical areas of development. My teaching role has given me valuable skills and experience with child assessment, lesson planning, lesson delivery, teacher collaboration and parent interaction. This experience has also given me good real-life training in how to achieve successful outcomes and how to support teachers and other staff in producing these outcomes. My academic qualifications enables me to be effective in this role and develop further in this field.
