Driven and meticulous, I leveraged my production support and pre-production planning skills at Quality Textures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors. As a Business Owner, I excelled in inventory monitoring and forged strong customer relationships, significantly boosting revenue. My proactive approach and ability to meet tight deadlines underscore my commitment to achieving outstanding results.
I feel my life experiences have influenced who I am as a person. From an early age I was subject to mental health issues as my mother struggled with depression and it effected the whole family.
As a wife and mother of a newborn baby girl, my life drastically changed due to a severe head injury that my husband endured. For the next year, I not only raised a young baby, worked to keep bills paid, I also participated in my husbands rehabilitation which included walking, talking and relearning daily functions.
I have also suffered from depression myself. My previous family experience helped me navigate the best solution for my life.
At the age of 30, I was diagnosed with stage-3 colon cancer. As a mother of now two young daughters, I was determined to survive. Thru therapy, positive thinking and a well balanced diet, I was able to overcome my diagnosis and are now cancer free.
Recently, it came to light, that my now 27 year old daughter is/was addicted to Kratom. With my direction, and the help from her doctor, she is now overcoming her addiction. As she was struggling in several areas of her life, I also tried to help her understand and facilitate important strategies to help make her life easier, i.e., banking, budgeting, and time management.
I am currently working and helping my sister with her health issues. Diagnosed with Diabetes in November 2023 and morbid obesity, she has been struggling and is currently home bound. Together, we set up a plan to get her some help, even if only thru tele-calls for now. I was instrumental in finding her current doctors and getting things set-up and coordinated. As she is not able to do most daily functions on her own, I currently support her husband in several tasks as he is limited at this time as to what he can do because of recent back surgery. During the back surgery, I played a prominent roll in helping both my sister and her husband with their daily functions, i.e. bathing, cleaning, meal preparations, laundry and grocery runs.
Life has taught me, its never easy, however, with dedication, perseverance and positive thinking, all things are possible.
