• Lead and manage volunteer teams, train leaders through Revive, Empower, Deploy core values.

• Coach and develop new 501c3 start up candidates for commissioning and provide follow up coaching
• Oversee five developing organizations in the Lehigh Valley
• Collaborate with organization leaders in the area for community projects and events.
• Speak in public events, educate audience on spiritual and empowerment topics
