  • Perform collaborative research in observations, modeling, theory, computational science or data science, or any combination thereof, in accordance with NSF NCAR strategic priorities
  • Lead research, capacity-building and education and outreach projects focused on severe weather in the US and East Africa.

  • Work in interdisciplinary/convergence science research areas that support laboratory priorities
  • Contribute to nowcasting and dual-polarization radar analysis software development, and training for the lab open-source LROSE (Lidar Radar Open-Source Environment) project
