• EMT certified, with an additional certification in Kinesiology Tape through Amazon. I am currently enrolled in Nursing school through HACC fulltime and Millersville University simultaneously in pursuit of my Bachelors in Nursing.

• I lead the NASA (New Associate Safety Audit) in which audits are performed on new associates to determine their comfortability with new job processes and provide a platform for associates to raise various concerns to Safety department members. This project successfully reduced new hire injury rates through 2023-2025.
• Beginning March 2025, I took over ownership of AMCARE inventory, Associate Engagement projects and tracking AMCARE metrics on a weekly basis. I owned the project “Caught Being Safe” which incentives the associates to work in an ergonomically safe manner in an attempt to be proactive in injury prevention.
  Beginning of May, I developed a power point presentation project to educate the Safety team on medical emergency scenarios and the proper response to them in order to be proactive in the emergency care for Associates.
