• Greeted players with a wide open welcome, while efficiently taking orders and making drinks. Upheld RAS standards while serving players and making drinks for the Bayhost on the tee line.

• Use core values to encourage and train new hires at the venue. Create an inviting atmosphere for new play makers to participate in activities throughout the classes. Set up, host, and interview hiring events. Help train on the floor during shadow shifts with the new play makers to make sure they are set up for success.

Hosted an excellent experience for all players. Help teach them about different games, and how to play them to create joy. Most of all took care of them during there visit using helpfulness to insure that there food and drinks were exactly how they wanted.

Welcomed guests into the restaurant as well as took orders and served within a timely manner, insuring they had the best experience possible.

I worked on the floor, both at the register while also assisting customers with helping them find what there looking for, and also showing them similar items if what they wanted was not available. Also processed new product and filled things on the floor.
