At Brentwood High School, I helped with the kids in the special education program there. I worked with kids whose ages ranged from 14-22 years old. Each morning before school I would get to Brentwood at around 7:00 AM. I would help the kids get off the bus, make sure they got to their classroom okay, and then I helped them unpack their bags and get ready to go to first period. During lunch, I would help assist with feeding the kids and make sure they had enough time to go to the bathroom before the lunch hour was up. During the last period I would go and assist with their adaptive theatre class. After that, I would help them walk back to their classroom at the end of the day, help get them all packed up, and, eventually, walk them out to either their bus or their parent's car.
