- Working at Garage as Assistant Manager, I'm in charge of many things. I oversee our stock reception, which includes receiving our inventory, censoring clothes, and promptly putting them away to ensure proper asset protection. A big responsibility is to manage our sales, I'm responsible for making sure we hit all of our KPI goals, such as conversion, APT, UPT, ROV, and our loyalty program, I also monitor our stores' monthly, weekly, and daily sales regularly. I note where our opportunities are, and how the business can improve. I recruit and conduct interviews, while also helping new hires with their onboarding paperwork and coaching them on product knowledge, enhancing their strengths to help their selling and operational skills. At Garage things are constantly changing on the salesfloor, I'm responsible for finding locations for new products and completing floorsets in a time-efficient and swift manner. On top of daily duties, I also focus on customer service. While on the floor, customers are the priority, my job is to ensure they feel comfortable in our store. If they need help finding anything, an issue resolved, or to be helped at the regsiter, I'm there to help. I also use selling tactics to boost our stores KPI's.
