• Transitioned Management Information Group to Riga, Latvia. Providing training and documentation to support the successful centralization of Global Business Services.
• Introduced Power BI Dashboards for Technology and Business organizations combining information from data warehouse, SharePoint and Excel sources.
• Built Customer Margin subject area and standard reports to help allocate cost to customers beyond gross margin. Costs included inventory holding cost, R&D, accounts receivables, sales commissions, customer service cost etc. to define true profitability of customers. This internal initiative resulted in a $1 M savings from the external proposal considered.
• Incorporated the Management Information Group (team of 3) into the Business Intelligence organization to run monthly close process. Trained team lead and supported monthly closes as needed.
• Created reporting to dollarize the orderbook to help forecasting Variable Margin. Created customized daily orderbook flash reports for each business leadership team, driving actionable insights.
• Part of global multi-year OBIEE initiative to digitize all aspects of the P&L and Balance Sheet including creating and automating rules for business allocations, customer segmentation and master data management.
• Created circa 20 subject areas for ad hoc reporting and established training programs for global finance and operations teams.

Managing team responsible for reporting Consulting and Training KPI's for the Global Services Division such as Bookings, Revenue, Utilization, Backlog and Scorecards.
