
I am currently completing my 500 hour comprehensive pilates certification through Balanced Body with over a year of experience in studying human anatomy, movement principles, and teaching in fitness settings. I'm energetic & put my absolute all into everything I do. I am passionate about creating welcoming spaces where clients can leave everything outside of the door, and focus on their mind & body during our time together. I'm energetic, active, and I have a background in cheer that I love incorporating into sculpt & mat classes; creating routines with dancer-based movements & sequences that flow to music.
