Worked 1-on-1 with high support needed autistic children providing ABA therapy and educational assistance, for students aged 5-10. Day-to-day operations included (but were not limited to) assisting in feeding and toileting, helping reach academic goals such as reading and mathematics, helping teach functional communication, using verbal language, a speech generating device, and / or basic American sign language. Additionally focused heavily on de-escalation strategies and handling maladaptive behaviors such as biting, hitting, hair pulling, self-injurious behavior, among many others. Tracked all progress and behaviors via Google Sheets and CentralReach

Basic duties around waiting tables and serving food and drinks. Other duties included cleaning, assisting others, taking identification for alcoholic drinks, and cashing out customers. Additionally worked bartending shifts, focused on recommending alcoholic beverages and maintaining a clean, organized bar.

Acted as the manager on duty for the store, including delegating tasking to baristas, taking calls and complaints, and handling cash and deposits. Worked barista duties as well, such as warming food, preparing drinks, making coffee, and assisting with customers. Worked to train one barista into the job, and assisted in training other supervisors as well. Promoted from barista to barista trainer to shift supervisor within one year.

Worked in making sure youth sports practices and game days went smoothly, including making sure all coaches, players, and parents comply with facility rules, training parents in scorekeeping, maintaining a good relationship with the coaches, and helping with any issues such as injuries or disputes that may arise. The same applies for the adult sports, however in adult games scorekeeping was required, both on a physical sheet and electronic scoreboard. Left at the start of the pandemic.
