Worked 1-on-1 with high support needed autistic children providing ABA therapy and educational assistance, for students aged 5-10. Basic duties around waiting tables and serving food and drinks. Other duties included cleaning, assisting others, taking identification for alcoholic drinks, and cashing out customers. Additionally worked bartending shifts, focused on recommending alcoholic beverages and maintaining a clean, organized bar.
Acted as the manager on duty for the store, including delegating tasking to baristas, taking calls and complaints, and handling cash and deposits. Worked in making sure youth sports practices and game days went smoothly, including making sure all coaches, players, and parents comply with facility rules, training parents in scorekeeping, maintaining a good relationship with the coaches, and helping with any issues such as injuries or disputes that may arise.
