I also served in a leadership position at McGregor Memorial EMS, where I coordinated with staff to improve on training procedures, volunteers' experience, and interdepartmental relations as well as participating in multiple committees and state-funded initiatives. I have acted as a teacher, a mentor, and an advocate for my peers across my various roles in healthcare.
