On behalf of the Department of Education, organize, distribute, & administer assessment. Monitor assessment environment & assist in with technical issues. Ensure security, confidentiality, & assessment protocol are consistently & uniformly followed.

• On behalf of the US Department of Justice, supervise Team Leaders & Field Interviewers conducting CAPPI interviews in jails across the country, conduct daily status report calls with TLs, Staff teams & organize their travel, communicate regularly with team members, handle issues as they arise, participate in weekly TEAM meetings with Field Director, and approve timesheets & TERs.

• On behalf of the US Department of Education, supervise, train, monitor, & evaluate team of Assessment Administrators, consult with school coordinators, implement & coordinate assessments, & transmit electronic data reports daily upon completion of assessments, assess educational progress schools.

• On behalf of the US Department of Justice, lead team for research-based study in Juvenile Detention Centers across the US interviewing youth, organizing/transmitting data results, & establishing rapport with Facility Coordinators.

• On behalf of the US Department of Health, lead team for research-based study on Migrant & Seasonal Head Start programs across the US. Assess pre-school children, interview parents, collect data from teachers, & organize assessment materials. Coordinate with Head Start Directors & Onsite Coordinators.
