I am hard worker who is ready to re-join the work force and bring new ideas and needed skills to the table. I have lived on a farm all of my life which provides me with chances to be innovative and resourceful everyday. Working on a farm you have to be able to communicate to be able to get the job done. You need to be able to be a problem solver and I am one. I may not know the answer to everything right off of the bat but I am going to research the problem to find a solution. I started my own cattle business when I was fifteen. I have had my own cattle since I was eleven. Having my own business I know how to manage finances and do cost and compare analysis I have learned how to market my product and communicate with customers. Having my own business has made me a leader.
Managed payroll and other finances, fixed farm equipment, vaccinated cattle, disced fields, drove a combine for corn harvest, loaded hemp plants into the planter, loaded trucks with tobacco treys, worked in the greenhouses, and worked in the polystyrene factory.
I got into leather and wood working because of my grandpa. It was something I always did with him and is something I still do now. I love that i am able to use my hands and create something, wether it be a belt or a bench. I love hiking because I love being outside and I just love walking in general. I like kayaking because I enjoy the workout and just gliding through the water. Reading I like because it can take me to a whole other place. Music has always been something that I have found peace with. Fly fishing though I have not done it that many times I do really enjoy doing it, that was something my grandpa had shown me how to do when I was a kid.
