  • Worked on a multi-disciplinary team to implement the National Strategy for Equality and Eradication of Poverty. As a Geographer I worked on three territorial agendas (county level) to elaborate and then implement local public policy.
  • Surveyed, process and published territorial information (access to services, educational level, housing situation) for the 222 counties of Ecuador.
  • Prioritization of counties by level of poverty to prioritize governmental attention via programs, funds and National Ministries assistance. 10 counties were prioritized and our secretary developed and supported programs in 5 counties
