I am the lead vacuum concierge at the Tommy's Express Store on Chiquita Blvd in Cape Coral. I've been working here for almost 2 years. I have extensive experience in customer service and I have earned my store over two thousand 5-star Google reviews over the last year and a half. • Supporting guests by answering any questions or concerns, including car-damage claims, wash quality complaints, vacuum maintenance.
• promoting, upselling, claiming, and signing up guests for our wash memberships on site through our app and through our point-of-sales system.
• Servicing guests by offering personal detailing, free cleaning towels, air fresheners, detail kits, and little toys for children.
