Having grown up with parents working at SJJ I have been preparing for this opportunity throughout my life. I have intentionally tailored my professional experiences to position myself as the ideal candidate for the role of Head Football Coach. With a proven track record of rebuilding struggling football programs, I am confident in my ability to lead the team to success. - Addressed and resolved technical, financial, and operational concerns by working with team members and directors.
- Met with club managers and Board of Directors on regular basis to assess progress and make adjustments.
- Facilitated workshops and conducted one-on-one training to educate team members
- .Interview over 500 applicants per year while hiring, onboarding and training 100 of those each spring.
- Manage and schedule a staff of nearly 300 young people on a daily basis.
