• Enhanced Citation efficiency and cost savings: Proposed and implemented the practice of printing traffic citations and warnings for arrested individuals, improving cost saving and time efficiency.
• Recognized for Investigative Excellence: Led investigations resulting in the conviction of 40 burglaries and the successful resolution of a check fraud case, where building rapport with suspects led to critical confessions.
