• I use an overhead crane and a hoist for changeovers.

• I changed molds in different variations of injection molding presses, hydraulic, electric, toggle and rotary. Machines I used were Cincinnati Millicron and Yushin Robots.
• I did machine start-up and shutdown procedures, including First Piece Quality, Die Changes, insert tool start ups and Process Monitor Records.
• I worked with Part Picker robots, hot runner panels, Mold temperature control units, two and three piece molds.
• I worked with different variations of platens, magnetic, toe clamp, hydraulic clamp and pneumatic clamps. I worked with machines size ranging from 250 ton to 1500 ton.
