- Delivering concessions and food from the kitchen directly to customers in their theater seats along with bussing the theaters and maintaining a clean work station were a runners primary roles. After 3 months of working at Cinepolis I received Employee of the Month and then went on to become a Runner/Server hybrid.
- As a Hybrid employee I would work both runner and server shifts. Taking customers orders in a timely and respectful manner and inputting those orders into a POS. Servers would also deliver all bar drinks to their respective parties. Good customer service and communication were a key element in this position. As multiple theaters would be playing movies at the same time the environment was extremely fast paced so efficiency was vital.
