Program Management - Directed the implementation of new processes for students to mimic procedures in operational environments in order to promote realism. Lead repair and modification efforts of $103 million training facility supporting 32 CCAF accredited courses.
Project Development - Overhauled ICBM training course curriculum, validated 291 objectives and rectified 76 discrepancies boosting quality of course documents by 33%.
Developing People - Subject matter expert for the training of 180+ students with a combined
2,000 + instructional hours with 95% graduation rate over a three-year period.
Stakeholder Management - Collaborated with stakeholders in order to identify needs for
development and implementation of new instructional System Design Materials.

Inspected, uploaded, downloaded, mechanical and electrical disconnection/connection of the following; Re-entry system, missile guidance set, propulsion system rocket engine and missile downstage's.

Performed over 300 secure dispatches including 125 nuclear convoys spread over a 9.6k square mile missile complex as a Topside Technician and Payload Transporter operator.

Collaborated with colleagues and outside agencies in developing and refining maintenance procedures.
