- I was hired as a Patrol Officer and Event worker with 8 years experience as a Suffolk County Aux. Police Officer.
- The Village Department had NO training requirements.
- In JAN 2023 I was asked to Replace the Director of Public safety who was retiring.
- Since that time, I have grown the Department from 5 to 17 patrolling the village seven days a week two shifts as well as 4 Seasonal workers during the Summer.
- I have put in place continuous Training of all officers have Security Guard, First Aid/ CPR and De-escalation Training, And We have given them clear Written Expectations and responsibilities.
