Because my highschool is a college prep they prepaid us for not only college but jobs by holding partnerships with companies and allowing students to work once a week , we experienced real world jobs and work with team members throughout the company. Because this was only a internship for my school i had to stop working there because I am graduating this year , i would like to be able to put these new gained skills to use . here are just some of the things I did throughout my time working at latham

  • Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
  • Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
  • Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.
  • Worked alongside of various groups gained speaking skills and it allowed me to be able to work with anyone and be a team player

Accomplishments

    Possie Nominee for being active throughout my school and being apart of many activates and being a very supportive student in my highschool . Possie is (a non-profit organization that identifies and supports talented high school students from diverse backgrounds, placing them in groups (Posses) and matching them with partner colleges and universities. These students receive full-tuition scholarships and participate in a comprehensive program designed to foster leadership, academic success, and cultural understanding.)

    Participated in leadership programs such as a keystone summit apart of the boys and girls club

Extracurricular activities

Was granted the position of president at my school for the woods club which was a non profit organization which allowed students to go on a two week camping trip and learn all about how to be a leader and work together while being in the woods with students from all over the world
