As the Deli 2nd and assistant manager, I was responsible for maintaining Deli operations at corporate standards. Oversaw cleanliness of equipment and work areas, also making sure product is fresh and safe for consumption. Working with co-workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and efficiently. Placing and putting away orders of product and supplies. Performing additional PIC (Person In Charge) duties such as daily spreadsheets, covering or finding someone to cover callouts, handling phone calls and customer service, and working with management to address conflicts between employees.

I performed both opening and closing duties as the PIC (person in charge). The closing and opening duties I was responsible for were ensuring that daily cleaning and maintenance tasks were completed. Sending people home as business declined. Cooking while managing line flow. Designating tasks as needed. Counting and "Zeroing" the till at shift change and/or closing. Washing dishes. Taking and cashing out 'to-go' orders. Making the soup of the day from scratch. Prepping and maintaining product levels for the cooking station.

Was trained in Stowing, Decanting, and Problem Solving. My duties were stowing product into pods, unloading trailers, opening boxes and entering product into the system. Problem Solving totes of product that couldn't be stowed.

Set up and maintained Routers, Servers, Workstations, Printers, maintain inventory of spare computers, parts, and accessories. Took photographs of new product and example jewelry for the company's website. Backup Shipper on a as needed basis.

Cooked and prepared finished food, routine cleaning and sanitizing, trained new employees. For a few months I provided graveyard maintenance. Deep cleaning kitchen and lobby. Cleaning grease traps and fryers as well as other related tasks.
